• Equip youth with workforce ready technical skills, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial pathways
• Elevate youth leadership through mentorship, peer learning, and community driven program design
• Connect students in the United States and Kenya through collaborative learning, cultural exchange, and shared problem solving
• Strengthen local capacity by partnering with educators, employers, and community leaders
• Expand access to education, apprenticeships, and employment aligned with regional economic growth sectors
