That is how we want Ujenzi to grow. We believe in local knowledge, shared resources, and youth leadership. By working alongside young people, we ensure that every project is rooted in what already exists and built from there.

We envision communities where young people have the opportunity, support, and tools to shape their own futures.
A future where local knowledge leads, young people have a voice, and resources move across communities without taking ownership away from the people doing the work.
